I have all my passwords on the new mSecure app on my iPhone. I purchased the latest msecure desktop app for my iMac. I have tried to sign in using the email address and log in used on my phone, but it does not recognise them.
How can I get the desktop app working and sharing the data with the phone app?

It does show that you've used mSecure 5 on your iOS device though. Please download mSecure 5 on all of your devices and sign in to the same mSecure account:
