Printing my mSecure password list

Once I back up and have sent to my email I cannot open the email - it says:

"There is no application set to. open the document. Search the App Store for a

application that can open this document"

What do I use?  I want to be able to see my back up and print it.

Thank you.

Deb

Hi Debra,

Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing.  Only mSecure can open (restore) from mSecure backup files. Please use this guide to learn how to backup and restore your information in mSecure 4: https://m7software.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/36000022240-email-backup-and-restore-v4 or in mSecure 5: https://m7software.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/folders/36000102610

But I need to know how to print the backedup copy from either my email it was sent to on my laptop or on my ipad.  I want a hard copy to keep filed away.

Hi Albonilla3,

Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing.  Did you take a look at the link above? Did you have issues with the guide? Our system shows that you are using mSecure 5 on Mac. If your information is in mSecure 5 on your Mac:

1. Open and unlock mSecure 5 on your Mac

2. Click File

3. Click Print

You can consider the articles and forum topics our user's manual: https://support.msecure.com

Print my list of passwords. I have read replies but I do not see how to print my password list. Do I print it from the app or from some other place. The app menu , upper left does No have a selection for “file” or “Print” or more. I use the iPhone version.

@Roby At this time, you cannot print data in mSecure. However, we will be releasing version 6.1 soon, and it will have the ability to print from the iOS version of the app. For now, you can only print from the Mac or Windows version of mSecure. Do you have a Mac or Windows computer by chance?

To print only one item seems to be a problem. After going to the three dots at the top & selecting "Print", it is trying to print all of my (645) items, not the one I have selected. Using Windows 10, mSecure 6

Version 6.0.271.0.

Hi Joseph,

To print one record in mSecure on Windows, you first have to isolate that record through filters. For example, you could add a tag called "print" to the record, then click TAGS in the left column and select the "print" filter to show only records with that tag on it (it could be any tag by the way, just something unique to that one record). After it's filtered, and you only see the one record, then when you print, it should only print that one piece of information.
