One of mSecure’s most powerful features is the ability to customize types. mSecure comes with a number of common pre-defined types, but new types can be added and the existing types can be modified to suit your needs. mSecure comes with 22 default types

Note: Credit Card, Login, and Secure Note record types cannot be deleted.

In mSecure, types drive the data that you can store in a record. You can think of a type as a template into which you enter your information. That is, a type specifies what kind of data the record will hold. If you want to enter Credit Card data, you would first tell mSecure the record you will be creating is of the Credit Card type. To get you started, mSecure comes with a number of common record types like Logins, Credit Cards and Bank Accounts. You can customize the existing types, or you can create types from scratch.
