mSecure was designed as a single user app. If you need to switch accounts or start using a different account, you'll need to reinstall mSecure 5 on your device in order to access the sign in screen in mSecure.
Note: The purchase of an mSecure 5 license is tied to the mSecure account used to purchase it with.
If using a Mac computer:
- Quit mSecure on your MacBook
- Open a Finder window and using the menus at the top, select the “Go -> Go to Folder…”
- Copy and paste or enter the following text:
- Click “Go”
- Find the mSecure.mscb file then move it to the trash
- Re-launch mSecure
- Sign in to your account
