Switch Account/Use a different account
mSecure was designed as a single-user app. If you need to switch accounts or start using a different account, you'll need to reinstall mSecure on your device in order to access the sign-in screen in mSecure.
Note: The purchase of an mSecure plan license is tied to the mSecure account used to purchase it with.
If using an iOS device, Android device, or PC computer:
- Go to mSecure in your device's app library or home screen
- Delete mSecure
- Reinstall mSecure from your devices app store
If using a Mac computer:
- Open mSecure
- Click the Option button on your keyboard and hold the key
- Click Help in the top menu bar
- Select the "Show Data file in Finder" option
- Close mSecure
- Remove the mSecure.mscb file (move it to the trash bin or click command+delete to remove it)
- Sign in to your account

- Quit mSecure on your Mac
- Open a Finder window and using the menus at the top, select the ‘Go’ -> ‘Go to Folder…’
- Enter
~/Library/Containers/com.mseven.msecuremac/Data/Library/Application Support/mSecure - Click ‘Go’
- Move the mSecure.mscb file to the trash
- Re-launch mSecure
- Sign in to your account
