I am trying to reinstall mSecure 3.5.6 on my MS Surface, and I am suddenly getting Configuration system failed to initalize... What can I do?

I seem to able to resolve the problem by deleting the mSecure directory in AppData/Local ...

The mSecure app on my iphone will not stay visible. It simply show on the phone and then goes off in less than a second.
