Activation key not working

Please help
Please help. Is anyone from mSecure there. You’ve sent me an activation key that I can’t open

We do not work over the weekend, so if you send an email late on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday, we con't be able to answer until Monday.


I'm not sure what you mean when you say an activation key is not working. The only version of mSecure that had an activation key is mSecure 3, but that app is no longer supported. Can you tell what you mean when you say we sent you an activation key?
