Android 8.1 Oreo

I upgraded my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 android phone from version 4.4.2 on which mSecure5 was working to android Oreo version 8.1.  Everything else on the phone is working after the upgrade and I can successfully install mSecure5 but it does not accept my email address and password combination.  I get a do not match error.

Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing. Do you have access to mSecure 5 on any other device? If so, my first recommendation would be to reinstall mSecure 5 on your Android device to see if that fixes your issues here.
