Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing. I'm not sure I understand your question. With mSecure 5, if you're using our mSecure Cloud syncing (which you are), all you have to do is install mSecure 5 on a device or reinstall mSecure 5 on a device and authenticate your account. Afterwards, all of your information should sync into your device. Are you experiencing issues with that here?
