mSecure4 recovery

It seems that I need to recover mSecure4 to use on my iPhone.  It crashed and I could not recover, then it disappeared.  My iPad will not update to mSecure5 due to age, so I need the older version on my iPhone to continue the synch between devices.  How to do that??
