Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing. I'm not sure what you mean when you say you lost data. Did you lose some records, fields, attachments, or something else? Can you let me know what version of mSecure you are using here? If using mSecure 5 and this is about lost records, have you checked in the Delete Items section?
1. Open and unlock mSecure 5
2. Tap the menu icon
3. Tap Settings
4. Tap Delete Items
