iOS 5.6.4 app will not stay open

I downloaded mSecure today for the first time to start using. I've downloaded the Microsoft Store App to my PC and have installed successfully. I next downloaded the mSecure app version 5.6.4 for my iPhone Xs Max version 12.1.4.


I've been able to open app and login. As soon as I get logged in the app closes or at anytime I try to enter password the app closes. 


Has anyone experienced this?

Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing.  Which device is having the issue here? Are both the iOS and Windows version crashing? Only the iOS version? Only the Windows version? I'm not sure I understand which version is crashing based on your information here.

iOS only. Maybe this is the behavior. No idea. Happens on both my iPhone and iPad both with latest iOS versions of software. Windows is fine.
