I'm sorry to hear you've forgotten your password. Unfortunately, the only way to unlock mSecure if Touch ID is disabled is by entering the password you have set for your data. That password is used to encrypt the information stored in mSecure, so entering that password exactly is the only way to decrypt the information. Also, for the sake of security, that password is not stored anywhere outside of the owner's memory. We don't acquire any of our customer's mSecure information.
