Win 10 Desktop versoin 3.5.7 error message Hexadecimal

mSecure will not open.  Get message ',' , hexadecimal value 0x00, is an invalid character, line 9, position 1..... (image pasted below).  My Win 10 is up to date.  I use mSecure daily and it was fine the other day.  Two days ago i did install trial version of Office 365 and also did an uninstall of Office 365.  I've tried to reinstall mSecure 3.5.7 many times. Thx

Hi Darrell...just wanted to close the loop here after helping you via email =)

Not solved, but mSecure help desk doesn’t have an answer except to upgrade to v5. Not solution I was expecting, especially since my copy gets used daily and has never failed.
