Importing from 3rd party program, my only option was to produce CSV. I had to replace all commas in my data with temporary comma-text-replacements. Once my CSV was imported to mSecure, I need to restore the commas back to my records. The Find feature was helpful but still required clicking in to each record and manually replacing my comma-text-replacement. There were only 3 data types available for import to mSecure and only CSV was available to my migration situation.
Two features would have helped me:
1 Find & Replace within mSecure records
2 an import structure other than CSV that would support commas in my data without work-arounds.
