Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. I will do everything I can to help you get this straightened out. You have probably already tried this, but if you have not restarted your PC, that would be the first thing to do in this context. If you have not tried that, go ahead and reboot the machine now. After the power is off, let it sit for about a minute, then power it back on and see if mSecure will open.
If that doesn't have any effect on the problem, can you let me know if you have access to your information on other devices? If so, is the information fully synced on those devices?

When opening the windows app it starts to open but then crashes before even logging in.
