Cancel new purchased app

I purchased the app and paid the 20.00 as it was on sale a few days ago. I have created tickets only get the generic email that does nothing to help. You also do not have a phone number to call for assistance, had I known that before I would not have downloaded the app. I am extremely disappointed and want to cancel it is within the 60 days as your FAQ stated. 

I have removed ALL personal info from the app.

I have attached the receipt from purchase.

No problem at all Lisa. I just processed the refund in our system, so you should see the funds posted to your credit card within the next couple of days.
