mSecure 4 to 5 migration

I am looking for assistance.  V4 will no longer open on my phone as of late.  V5 is also installed on my iPhone and Mac.  I just realized that I was using V4 instead of V5 and now I cannot open it to save the latest updates.  V5 is outdated and I want to import the current V4 data which I cannot open.  How do I go about saving the current data in V4 and importing the current info?  My Mac laptop is V5 and synced with my iPhone V5.

Are you seeing some type of message when you try to open the app, or is something else happening? If you are seeing a message, please tell me exactly what that message says, and I will try to help.
