I'm not sure what could be happening here. To start, I want to make sure you are able to see updates that are made on your account. I updated the trial start date for your account, so it should now show your trial has around 10 days left. When you open mSecure's Account Settings on your old phone, do you see that the trial has around 10 days remaining?

I just upgraded my phone and I tried my password and it failed. I have tried resetting through my old phones app several times. The password works on my old phone, but will not work on my new phone.
