Thank you for contacting us. I believe you may be running into an issue with the older version of mSecure, but I can't be sure at this time. When you look at the app icon when you try to open mSecure, does it have a bright blue background behind the key or is the background a very dark blue color?
Also, I see there are about 5 other posts you created in the support forum. I'm going to delete all of those posts, as they are referencing the same issue. We'll keep all our correspondence here in this thread as we troubleshoot the problem.
