mSecure for iMac with fingerprint keyboard was working, not it is not working...any ideas?

Hi Anthony,

Thank you for contacting us. When you see mSecure isn't working, do you mean that the app isn't working in general, or are you saying you can't get the Touch ID unlock feature to work? Please provide more information about what's actually happening (or not happening), and I will do everything I can to help.
