Premium Account billed for renewal - yet account status says “expired”

I am turning to this forum, because I have three tickets submitted and I’ve gotten no place. I enrolled a year ago into the 50% discounted premium account promo for life program, however, upon being billed for renewal a few weeks ago, the premium features stopped working on my iOS devices.

I just logged into the account to see that my premium account is marked as expired even though I just paid a bill for it weeks ago. I have submitted three tickets now but nothing has been resolved yet my ticket was closed. 


Service experience has been terrible, any advice?

I found your last email you sent to us and I responded to it for the sake of privacy, since I'll need to reference a couple of email addresses you use. Go ahead and respond to that email, and we should have this resolved very quickly.
