Password not working on 2 devices but works on others

Hi. My wife and I both use mSecure 5 on our iPhones and iPads. My access (Face ID) works on my phone and I use a password on iPad. Hers stopped working when I accidentally tried to open it with my face. I reset the password on my iPhone and it works on my devices but hers won’t accept it. What do we do?
