I've been using m secure I'm sure since version 3 I believe. Often at the end of each year I like to check my software and see if I'm running the latest versions and I thought I remembered upgrading to version 6. On my PC it says I'm running version 6.1.394. On my cell phone it says I'm running version 5 Essentials Pro. How do I get my Android version to version 6 and how do I confirm if I am running the latest update of version 6 both on my Windows PC and my Galaxy S22 Ultra

Hi Carolyn,

Do you have access to all of your data on your PC? If so, please uninstall and reinstall the app on your Android device. Once done, please sign in to your account on your Android device and you should now have mSecure 6. On your PC, I know you have mSecure 6 because the version number starts with a 6. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
