Password no longer works after upgrading to iPhone 16 Pro.

I upgraded to iPhone 16 Pro (with the Latest iOS version) and now my password is Not recognized! I KNOW I have the correct password, and NO I did not type it wrong. What happened?

Thank you for contacting us. You having access to your information is of the utmost importance. Do you have access to your data in any version of mSecure on at least one device? All that matters is that you can access your information. Even if you don't know the password to unlock mSecure but you're able to unlock it using some type of biometric authentication like Face or Touch ID, everything should be good moving forward.

I do have access to an Earlier version of mSecure, but I have not completed a Sync on this version in a while, so it is Not up to date.  If I Use this Older version, can I change my Password and will that New password be in effect for All mSecure versions?

Also, Is there a Way to open mSecure without a password But Import data from a Previous Back-up??
