I Can Set up, but not Enable Two Factor Authentication

I recently upgraded to premium in order to use two factor authentication. I have set it up for email, text and authendicator app, on all of my devices but I still can log in with name/password only on any of them, including on the mSecure web page froma browser. . Once these are set up, how is two factor enabled - no log in is challenged by two factor on any of my devices.
