To reset mSecure on your Mac:
Now you have reset the Mac app, and you're ready to sign back in to your mSecure account:
Enter your mSecure account's email address for the username, then enter the password for that account to sign in. Did this work for you?

I recently switched to a brand new mac mini from my macbook pro and now msecure will not open on the desktop. I have used msecure successfully for years across all of my devices (iphone, ipad, macbook pro) but this is frustrating and could prohibit me from continuing to us the program if i cannot get it to work.
