No, an mSecure employee cannot get hold of your Account Password or your Account Key. An mSecure employee does not have access to your data or any information stored in the app or within backups.

Your data is encrypted with your Account Key 

Your data is encrypted locally on your device with your Account Key. Your data can only be deciphered using your Account Key. Only you know your Account Key and Account Password. It is never sent to our servers and never transmitted over the network.

Only your Account Key can decipher your data

Your encrypted data can only be deciphered if the randomly locally generated Account Key is accessible, which mSecure employees do not have access to.
