Why is mSecure Showing as a Trial Account?

Your mSecure plan or license is linked to the mSecure account used at the time of purchase. If you purchased an mSecure plan, you must sign in with the correct account for the plan to apply. If you create a new account, it will automatically start with a 30-day Premium trial, but your purchased license will not transfer to this new account. 


Important Notes

If you purchased an mSecure license within the app, the purchase receipt will show the app account used to make the purchase. This app account may or may not have the same email as your mSecure account.
