Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing. I'm not sure what this means at all. Could you walk me through this or provide me a screenshot of what you are referring to here? I'm sorry that I don't understand. Also, you mention version 4.5.4 which is our older iOS (iPhone/iPad) version and also mention Windows 10. Which version of mSecure are you using here?
