Why no one is responding to my ticket?

I submitted it 3 days ago and still no answer. I purchased the full Pro version on my Mac and the ios app still shows Free Trial.

Thank you for contacting us. We had a Thanksgiving break last weak. We do not work US holidays and will often take the day after off as well if the holiday lands on a Thursday. Because of that, we are working through all emails from Wednesday evening until Monday morning when we started working again. We will answer your ticket as soon as we can. Alternatively, I answer forum posts much quicker here on the forum. Would you like to go over your questions or issues here?
