Thank you for contacting us. Do you still have access to your old phone? If so, what type of device is the old phone, and are you able to open mSecure on that device to view your information?
I have my mSecure contacts/info in my old Samsumg Android, using it only for mSecure and would like to transfer it to my IPhone.
