I've been dealing with computers since the Apple IIe. I have never dealt with a company as bad as mSecure. Their support is atrocious! I'm trying to import my data from Passwords Plus to mSecure and I have tried everything I can without success. Both companies talk about how easy it is. My answer to that is BS! I purchased the mSecure Essentials and up to now I have absolutely no success and it appears that the Company could care less. If anybody has anything they can pass along I would appreciate it.
