Reset password

I don’t understand what it means that password ”token” has already been used.

Thank you for contacting us. I can help you with the issue you're experiencing, but you do need to be aware that if you have forgotten your password, there currently is no way to reset the password without deleting the data stored in mSecure. Your information is protected with the password you have set, so without it, there is no way to decrypt the data in the app, so if you reset the account, you'll have to start fresh.
