I have an open ticket and it's been over an hour and I'm locked out of my account.

Your ticket has been responded to through our ticket system. 

Can the app chose its own passwords?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us. Yes, if you are using a password field inside your record, you can click/tap the dice icon in the password field to create a random password. Once made, you can then save changes by clicking/tapping the check mark at the top-right of your screen. Did this work for you?

I can not make a new entry on the app.

I have been waiting for over 24 hours with an open ticket to get any support.  Still have not heard anything with no phone number to call. 

It's been over 24 hours since I submitted a ticket -- no response and no phone number to contact.  I need access immediately!
