Removing Family Subscription

Hi I have a family subscription but following the death of my wife in November 2024 I no longer need the family subscription, but just one for myself. Can you tell me how to do this? Unfortunately I didn't have time to sort this out for the renewal last March and the next renewal is 31 March.
