Unfortunately, it doesn't look like once the account is created, there is no way to change your email address.

Are you trying to change your email address on your support account, or through the mSecure 6 app. If you are trying to change your email address on your support account, then unfortunately, there is no way to do this currently. Please let me know if you need any more assistance.
I need to change my email because it does not exist anymore. Urgent change as you can see.
