Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing with iOS 14.6. I just responded to the other thread in which you posted, but here is what I wrote there with a bit more info. While the older version of mSecure isn't going to be updated, you can migrate the information in to mSecure 5. All that is needed is to download v5 from the App Store, and then you can create a new account, which will trigger the migration process.
