The app on iPhone 13 will not stay open. After my facial recognition the app opens and then closes in about a second, every time. I deleted the prior version 4 and also purchased the V6 premium features, thinking that would help. Very frustrated and I have been waiting for almost three weeks without a response. Your help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
