Thank you for contacting us. I'm not sure what's happening here, but your Premium subscription is currently active and will renew on July 7th of this year. If you are seeing an Essentials account, it's likely you are signed in to the wrong account on your Thinkpad. Please open mSecure and click the gear icon in the bottom left. In the Account Settings, what email do you see?

I upgraded to Premium annual subscription over a year ago, but my app still shows Essential. Thus I can not backup !! Windows 10 Pro on Lenovo Thinkpad laptop. Ver 6.0.239.0
