Can't update account payment method

I'm trying to change my account payment method from PayPal to a Visa credit card via https://www.msecure.com/ but after filling in my details it still says Paypal is my payment method.

Thank you for contacting us. I just checked your subscription, and it looks like you were able to change the payment method to a credit card. Are you still experiencing a problem here?
