Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. Do you have any access to your data on any device currently? I see that you recently made a new mSecure 6 account under your "mohara646@gmail.com' account email. Are you locked out of your account due to an incorrect password or is it something else? Do you have any backups made that you restored onto this new account? I ask this because you have a good amount of records for a new account that has just been made.


Please let me know the information above and I will assist your further.

I can not access my msecure. I have a very old version 3/4? When I attempted to signin last evening I received a notification stating the following: “msecure unexpectedly Quit. Would you like to send an anonymous report so we can fix the problem?” With 3 options given: Send report, Always send, Don’t send. I selected ‘SEND REPORT’ and the screen immediately returned to my App Library screen. I also sent an email to msecure support and received a reply which provided a URL to activate an account and choose a password. Which brought me to this point.
