Can log into mSecure on iPad; can’t get in on new iPhone 16 Pro Max

I got a new iPhone 16 Pro Max. I have been unable to log in to my mSecure account. I get a message saying “Invalid Password.” I am able to log in on my iPad, so I know the password is correct. I tried changing the password on my iPad, then re-trying logging into iPhone version. Still doesn’t work.

What do I need to do?
