Mobile App Stating Password has changed - I did not change it

Today 25th Feb 2025 - just found about an hour ago that my app states the pw has changed - i didnt change it  - i havent recieved any email stating this change and still awaiting msec support help from a direct email and one through this system.   NOT nice to wait so long without access to my account  - anyone experience the same recently

are the any msecure tech support there, its now been 6 hours and im still locked out through no fault of my own.
