v.6.1.6.1964 visual error - 'add' button obscured by navigation

On my Samsung S23 Ultra running Android 15 and One UI 7, the latest update (I assume - I only noticed this recently) has meant the '+' (add a record) button has become partially obscured by the phone nav buttons.
