iPhone/iPad data not showing up in newly installed PC app (Windows 11)

I recently purchased a new PC for Windows 11 and installed the latest version of mSecure6. After getting the account key verified, the app populated as expected; however, it now shows no data even though my iPhone and iPad are to show data and are functioning properly. I have restarted the PC, but that did not solve the problem. I am using wi-fi sync in the PC app settings. I'm stumped and any suggestions would be appreciated.
