Can't sign in on PC

Thank you for contacting us. When migrating your data into the mSecure 7 app, this does not remove any data that is being stored in your mSecure 4 app. This means you are at no risk of losing your data in the mSecure 4 app when migrating over to the mSecure 7 app. Also, there is no way to create a CSV file on your iOS device through the mSecure 4 app, so you will not be able to export to excel unfortunately. Before giving steps, do you have access to mSecure 4 using your password? If not, are you accessing your data using biometrics? Please confirm this for me and I will assist further.

I have an older version of MSecure on my iphones and am considering upgrading, but would like to export my data to excel so I don't lose the information if something goes wrong. I can't seem to sign in to MSecure on my pc to look for an export function. I couldn't find one on my phone version
