Thank you for contacting us. Can you tell me what is happening when you try to sync your data? Do you see any error messages? Also, in the Sync Settings of mSecure on your iPhone, do you see any red or yellow items?
Thank you for getting back. The sync is working again. I don't know how, but I am relieved and happy again. I will let you know if the problem reappears.

I have a problem with my local sync (WiFi) between my phone and my computer. For some reason it has stopped working recently.
I have:
IOS 13.6.1
mSecure 5.7.2
OSX 10.15.6
How do I get the sync to starta again?
Is there away to start the sync manually?
Why has it stopped working? I am quite dependent on this software by now.
