Thank you for contacting us and bringing this to our attention. To be clear, you're not concerned really about being able to set the formatting of the phone number on your iPhone. The problem is that when you set it the way you want it on yoru PC, any changes you make to the record - even when it's not a change to the phone number field itself - the formatting gets updated to the "flattened" format. Am I understanding you correctly?
