Password Change Date

The Msecure 5 app on my iPhone 13 Pro has stopped showing the date of last password change. How do I fix this? Also, Msecure 6 did NPU automatically replace Version 5 on my phone.

Thank you for contacting us. Let's first get mSecure updated on your iPhone. Please go into the app store on your device and search up "mSecure". Once done, are you able to see the "Update" right under the mSecure icon? If not, please let me know but if you do see it, please tap on it to update. Did this work for you?

Thank you for responding. I followed your instructions, but I do not see "Update" under the mSecure icon.  I see "Open". When I click Open, I see  All Records, Security Center, Sharing Center, Brower, and Deleted Records. When I swipe left, I see my list of passwords. Please assist.

Thank you for your response. Let's confirm what version you are running on your iOS device. Please follow the steps below:


  1. Open mSecure and unlock the app
  2. Tap the three-stacked lines at the the top-left corner of your screen
  3. Tap "Settings"
  4. Tap "About mSecure"

What is the full version number you are seeing? Please let me know and I will assist further.
