Cannot authenticate my account on new Win 11 laptop

I am happy to tell you I have solved, with the help of a very attentive son. On the app of the IPhone the is the QR code. Under that there is a line which let the customer resend an authentication mail. So simple was my error. Thank you, Mark, for you willingness to help me.

I have Msecure already installed on an Iphone and old windows computer. I bought a new Windows 11 laptop and tride it to read the QR code from my Msecure app on my Iphone. Nothing happened. Do I need additional software to read the QR code so that the authenticading is done correctly? If yes, which app should I install? Do I need to do more? Give please a step by step explention.
